This is so easy to ride I hardly work up a sweat. I was comparing it to a Trek Navigator 2.0 and it just seemed to be the right fit for me! You actually stand flat footed while seated and it is very easy to control. I am 63 going on 18 when I am on this bike!

When I bought my Townie, I was looking for a bike to motivate me to ride again. Since buying my Townie, I have enjoyed cycling so much that I now ride several times a week and go about 8-12 miles each ride. I have lost 75 lbs. and LOVE my bike. I am constantly getting compliments about how "sharp" it looks. I really don't care about the looks so much; I'm more impressed by how comfortable the ride is. I tell all my friends about "flatfoot technology" and have converted several friends to this style of bike. Thank you.

This is now the bike I use for all trips 10 miles and under. Just put on my helmet and I am off to visit neighbors, go to the gym, go shopping, or watch the sunset. I still ride my road bike, but the Townie is fun and practical to slow down and enjoy the view and stop and talk to neighbors. Flat foot technology is great for visiting and chatting with others. Puts a smile on my face every time I ride. People ask where they can buy one. Palm Springs and Palm Desert Cyclery get all my business.

I love my townie! I bought it two years ago, but this is first year I have been riding very regularly. It's comfortable and easy to ride and I always get compliments on it. Mine is creamsicle orange and is so dreamy! My husband says I look like a little girl again when I ride because I am having so much fun! I plan to ride many many more miles on this terrific bike. Thanks!

My wife said she would get mad if I bought her a new bike for Christmas; she said her 30 year old road bike was just fine. When it was added to the presents under the tree, she exclaimed how cute it was. She now rides it more than her old road bike. Two neighbors are now planning to purchase one for their wife's birthdays. The staff at both the Palm Springs and Palm Desert stores are very helpful. This bike put a big smile on my face when I test rode it in the parking lot.
