We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item and we'll replace it, exchange it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for details.

SHIPPING CHARGES (Continental U.S.)

 

Merchandise will ship via UPS or Fed Ex Ground:

Standard Ground:   $15.00

Please allow 7-10 days for standard ground.

Please allow 10-14 days for special order items.

Please note that some items, such as trainers and car racks, may be subject to additional shipping charges because of size or weight.

Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.

IN-STORE PICKUP

 

Orders requesting in-store pick up will generally be ready the following day after 11:00am. Customers will be notified when the order is ready for pick up.  Orders placed online can be ready the same day if you would kindly alert George or Jim by phone at 847-272-2100 that you placed an order. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders requesting in-store pickup need to be picked up within 14 days, or the item(s) will be returned to stock and may be subject to a restocking fee.

BACKORDERS

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. Any backordered items will automatically ship when available.

PRICES AND INFORMATION

 

This website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices and inventory quantities in our on-line catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you may find to our attention on your next visit, by calling or sending us an e-mail.  Prices and inventory availability subject to change without notice.

RETURNS

If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to one of our locations or ship it back. Ship returns via UPS, Fed Ex Ground or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will send a replacement out at no charge as soon as the return is received. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee.

Returns via UPS, Fed Ex Ground or insured US Mail must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by calling 847-272-2100

We will accept returns only with an original sales receipt.
Bicycles may be returned/exchanged within 7 days from date received.
Car racks may be returned/exchanged within 7 days from date received.
All other parts/accessories may be returned or exchanged
for a period of 30 days from date received.
No refunds or exchanges on labor, delivery or freight charges.
No refunds or exchanges on sale, closeout or special order items.
No refunds or exchanges on used bikes or parts.
Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
